What is the policy in the event I am not satisfied with a product?
We offer a 100% money back guarantee if your product is defective or damaged. You will have 60 days after contacting us to send your item back to us for a full refund. You are responsible for purchasing your own label to mail the package back to us. Once we have received your product, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Kindly include your name and order number on your returned parcel to ensure your refund is processed correctly and promptly.
